Floating egg experiment

 We need salt, water in a jam jar, goggles (not really!) and an egg.

 Put egg in jam jar and watch it sink

 Pour in 2 tablespoons of salt and stir to disolve.

Ta daaaaaa.  Egg floats.  Now that's science!
