Puzzles, pens and luggage tags
Too much work to do, and not sure where to start. Have set Agatha up on the desk next to me with her colouring pens so that she doesn't keep asking me to go into the other room for things. A good idea in theory, but now she is singing very loudly and asking me which colour to use next. She has just waved a pen in my face and shouted 'THIS IS A FELT TIP PEN'. Yes darling I know, thank you so much..........................ho hum. Perhaps time to give in and try again later on.....with wine.
Jigsaw puzzles are featuring heavily in our house at the moment. I just thought these pieces looked pretty on an old china plate, and this is my filing cabinet, suitably labelled.

Snowy art and writing morning (and a bacon muffin)
This is what our dining table was meant for. I love getting the children together with the felt tip basket. They all get so absorbed in what they're doing. Colouring, writing, glueing. These are the moments I really cherish. All helped smoothly along by a warm bacon muffin. I mean it doesn't get much better does it? Oh and I love pages of handwriting (Ottilies). My font affair rears it's head again.
